You can choose to pay by credit card, wire transfer, money order, or through your PayPal account. Yes. toyanddolls4u.com uses an SSL security certificate from Verisign, ensuring that your credit card information is encrypted and cannot be accessed during the payment process. Our operations are open 7 days a week and our customer service hours are from 9a.m. to 9p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Please visit our contact page here. All sales are final. We do not take returns or exchanges because most of the items we sell are Special Order items, meaning we do not always carry them in stock. If you have any questions about an item, please be sure to contact us before you make your purchase. Yes. We're happy to pre-order items and reserve them for you. Deposits are required to reserve items and are NON-refundable. In the event that we cannot provide you with the item, we will refund your money in full. Yes. All layaways plans apply to balances of $100.00 or more. We require a 35% deposit at the time of layaway. This payment is a restocking fee and is non-refundable. We offer the following layaway plans:

• For orders totaling $100.00 - $200.00, we offer a two (2) payment plan (35% down, and the remaining balance in 30 days).
• For orders totaling $200.01 - $400.00, we offer a three (3) payment plan (35% down, one-half of the remaining balance in 30 days, and the remaining balance in 60 days).
• For orders totaling $400.01 - $600.00, we offer a four (4) payment plan (35% down, one-third of the remaining balance in 30 days, one-third of the remaining balance in 60 days, and the remaining balance in 90 days).
• For purchases of $600.01 or more, a layaway plan may be arranged that is acceptable to both you and toyanddolls4u.com.

The payment schedule must be adhered to or the merchandise will be returned to stock with a 35% restocking charge. Any cancellations, changes or missed payments will be charged the restocking fee. Any remaining balance will be refunded as a store credit only. Store credits must be used within 90 days.
